Trạm biến áp 110kV Xi măng Long Thành do Công ty Cổ phần Xi măng Long Thành làm chủ đầu tư, được xây dựng trên địa bàn Thôn Hồng Sơn, xã Thanh Sơn, Huyện Kim Bảng, tỉnh Hà Nam. Dự án có tổng mức đầu tư trên 78 tỷ đồng, quy mô chính gồm 01 MBA công suất máy 55MVA; được vận hành 2 cấp điện áp 110kV và 6,3kV. Trạm biến áp 110kV Xi măng Long Thành sẽ giải quyết được các khó khăn, vướng mắc trong cung ứng điện và nâng cao độ tin cậy cung cấp điện cho Nhà máy Xi măng Long Thành
Tuân thủ đúng quy định pháp luật và an toàn điện, Nhà máy Xi măng Long Thành đã thực hiện kiểm định an toàn kỹ thuật thiết bị điện theo Thông tư 02-2025-BCT. RSIC đã thực hiện thí nghiệm, kiểm định các thiết bị điện trong trạm biến áp và đóng điện thành công để đưa hệ thống trạm biến áp đi vào hoạt động
Việc tuân thủ đúng quy định nhà nước về an toàn sẽ giúp giảm thiểu nguy cơ mất an toàn đối với các thiết bị điện, ngăn ngừa các nguy cơ quá tải,sự cố,cháy nổ đối với thiết bị điện đã được kiểm định.
Các thiết bị kiểm định bao gồm : Máy biến áp, máy cắt, chống sét van, cáp lực, cầu dao cách ly, cầu dao tiếp địa, mẫu dầu máy biến áp
