1. Tại sao phải lắp đặt bộ Zero Export

Theo đó tại quyết định 183/QĐ EVN ngày 24/1/2025 quy định về quản lý phát triển điện năng lượng mặt trời tự sản xuất tự tiêu thụ theo nghị định số 135 /2024/NĐ chính phủ ngày 22/10/2024 việc hệ thống điện mặt trời tự sản xuất tự tiêu thụ bắt buộc phải thí nghiệm kiểm định và nghiệm thu của đơn vị lắp đặt, nhà máy và EVN

2. Tổng quan về giải pháp Zero Export

Thời gian qua, việc phát triển điện mặt trời tại Việt Nam đạt được nhiều tích cực do quyết định 13 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về cơ chế khuyến khích phát triển điện mặt trời (ĐMT). Tuy nhiên, chính sách mua điện của EVN đã hết hiệu lực vào ngày 31/12/2020 cho đến thời điểm này vẫn chưa có chính sách mới.

3. Giải pháp Zero Export là gì ?

“Zero Export” là giải pháp đảm bảo không có lượng điện dư thừa nào từ hệ thống tấm pin năng lượng mặt trời tạo ra và phát ngược trở lại lưới điện. Nó đảm bảo Inverter (biến tần) chỉ cung cấp đủ lượng điện năng để đáp ứng nhu cầu phụ tải tiêu thụ (hay còn gọi là chức năng bám tải). Còn tất cả điện năng sản sinh dư thừa của hệ thống đều sẽ được tiêu tán dưới dạng nhiệt. Zero Export là thiết bị rời có thể được lắp thêm trong hệ thống hoặc được tích hợp sẵn vào bộ inverter.

4. Nguyên lý hoạt động của Zero Export ?

Khi dòng điện hệ thống điện mặt trời sắp cấp trở lại lưới điện, bộ điều khiển và đo đếm SPA (CT) sẽ phát hiện và sau đó SPA sẽ gửi lệnh giới hạn công suất đến các bộ Inverter (biến tần) thông qua giao tiếp RS485 (Modbus RTU/TCP) để đảm bảo công suất hệ thống điện mặt trời có thể bằng với công suất phụ tải tiêu thụ và đảm bảo dòng điện điện mặt trời sẽ không cấp ngược trở lại lưới điện, đó được gọi là “Zero Export”.

Giải thuật điều khiển :

Bước 1: Module Zero Export lấy công suất P từ tải trong thời gian T1.

Bước 2: Module Zero Export tính toán và so sánh công suất P tải và P phát điện từ hệ thống điện mặt trời trong khoảng thời gian T2.

Bước 3: Module Zero Export gởi lệnh điều khiển tới các Inverter để tăng/giảm công suất phát so với P tải tại bước 1.

Tổng thời gian điều khiển t = (T1+T2)*N + T3;

Trong đó

N – số Inverter trên chuỗi điều khiển.

Thời gian đáp ứng lệnh sau khi Inverter thực hiện tăng hoặc giảm công suất dao động từ 5-15s từ khi nhận được lệnh từ Zero_Export Module tùy hãng sản xuất Inverter.

Như vậy chúng ta có thể hiểu một cách đơn giản về Zero Export như sau:

Trường hợp P phát solar < P tải: Công suất phát từ hệ thống điện mặt trời nhỏ hơn công suất tải tiêu thụ nên giống các hệ thống Solar đơn thuần và hệ thống điện lưới cấp thêm phần còn thiếu vào.

Trường hợp P phát solar > P tải: Công suất phát từ hệ thống điện mặt trời > Công suất phụ tải tải tiêu thụ thì Module Zero Export sẽ gởi các lệnh tới Inverter thông qua giao thức Modbus để thực hiện giảm việc phát điện mặt trời phù hợp với phụ tải tiêu thụ và ngăn không cho phát ngược lên lưới điện.

Thời gian đáp ứng lệnh sau khi Inverter thực hiện tăng hoặc giảm công suất dao động từ 5-15s từ khi nhận được lệnh từ Zero_Export Module tùy hãng sản xuất Inverter.

Nên chọn đơn vị nào đánh giá hệ thống Zero Export?
