Dịch vụ thí nghiệm, thử nghiệm hệ thống tiếp địa và chống sét
Các đơn vị cần thử nghiệm hệ thống tiếp địa và chống sét liên hệ với RSIC để được thí nghiệm trực tiếp tại hiện trường. Công ty sẽ tiến hành hoàn thiện và trả kết quả ngay trong ngày.
Tại sao phải thí nghiệm hệ thống tiếp địa và chống sét ?
Hệ thống nối đất (tiếp địa) chống sét là hệ thống bao gồm một hay nhiều cọc tiếp địa được đặt trong đất được liên kết với kim thu sét, thiết bị thu sét thông qua dây liên kết, mối nối liên kết, hộp nối đất và kiểm tra. Hệ thống có tác dụng dẫn truyền dòng sét xuống đất nhanh chóng, an toàn thông qua một đường trở kháng thấp. Tiêu tán năng lượng quá áp xuống đất, cân bằng điện thế. Nhờ vậy giúp bảo vệ công trình tránh được những thiệt hại bởi dòng sét gây ra. Đồng thời đảm bảo an toàn cho con người, các thiết bị điện tử, viễn thông, hệ thống điện,…
Điện trở tiếp địa của hệ thống tiếp địa, chống sét có vai trò rất lớn trong điều kiện thời tiết khắc nghiệt: mưa giông, sấm sét… có thể gây ra nhiều nguy hiểm nghiêm trọng cho người sử dụng.
Hệ thống chống sét cần được kiểm tra định kỳ để đảm bảo:
- An toàn cho người dùng, bảo vệ tài sản cho người sử dụng
- Giảm thiểu hư hỏng và tăng tuổi thọ cho các thiết bị điện được tiếp đất
- Tránh tình trạng cháy nổ, giật điện….
Sau một thời gian sử dụng, giá trị điện trở có thể tăng lên so với giá trị cho phép do một số nguyên nhân như mất liên kết giữa các cọc tiếp địa, lượng hóa chất làm giảm trở kháng……
Do đó phải tiến hành kiểm tra hệ thống chống sét định kỳ không quá 12 tháng.
Quy định thí nghiệm hệ thống tiếp địa và chống sét
Việc không thực hiện thí nghiệm hệ thống tiếp địa và chống sét các thiết bị điện sẽ bị xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành được quy định chi tiết:
- Nghị định 134/2013/NĐ-CP Hướng dẫn xử phạt của chính phủ về sử phạt hành chính trong lĩnh vực an toàn điện
- Nghị định số 79/2014 hướng dẫn luật phòng cháy, chữa cháy (quy định cảnh sát phòng cháy sẽ kiểm tra 6 tháng hoặc 1 năm 1 lần – Trích mục C điều 18 về kiểm tra an toàn phòng cháy chữa cháy)

Tiêu chuẩn thí nghiệm hệ thống tiếp địa và chống sét. Theo tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam TCVN 9358:2012, TCVN 9385:2012
Quy trình thí nghiệm hệ thống tiếp địa và chống sét
Kiểm tra tình trạm bên ngoài:
- Kiểm tra ngoại quan bằng mắt
- Kiểm tra tính liên tục của dây dẫn
Đo điện trở hệ thống tiếp địa, chống sét:
– Dùng phương pháp 2 cọc đo, cách nhau từ 5- 10 m, xác định trị số điện trở nối đất, thay đổi vị trí cọc đo xác định thêm trị số kết quả lấy giá trị trung bình
Tổ chức RSIC thí nghiệm hệ thống tiếp địa và chống sét
