Quy định kiểm định chống sét van
Ngày 27/10/2015, Bộ Công thương đã ban hành Thông tư số 33/2015/TT-BCT Quy định về kiểm định an toàn kỹ thuật các thiết bị, dụng cụ điện.
Thông tư áp dụng đối với các tổ chức, cá nhân sử dụng, vận hành các thiết bị, dụng cụ điện trước khi đưa vào sử dụng và trong quá trình sử dụng, vận hành. Hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 06/01/2017.
Danh mục các thiết bị, dụng cụ điện phải kiểm định
Thông tư 33/2015/TT-BCT quy định 06 thiết bị, dụng cụ điện có cấp điện áp trên 1.000V phải kiểm định, bao gồm:
- Chống sét van;
- Máy biến áp;
- Máy cắt;
- Cáp điện;
- Cầu dao cách ly, cầu dao tiếp địa;
- Sào cách điện.

Như vậy, chống sét van là thiết bị điện đầu tiên có yêu cầu kiểm định theo Thông tư này.
Chống sét van có cấp điện áp trên 1.000V (01kV) là thiết bị điện có yêu cầu bắt buộc kiểm định theo quy định tại Thông tư số 33/2015/TT-BCT của Bộ Công thương.
Đối tượng thí nghiệm, kiểm định: Chống sét van
Chống sét van là thiết bị chống sét dùng để bảo vệ trạm biến áp, trạm phân phối và các máy điện khác.
Chống sét van được lắp đặt song song với thiết bị cần bảo vệ. Khi có hiện tượng quá áp do sét đánh, dòng điện sẽ được chuyển hướng đến bộ chống sét và truyền xuống đất, giúp bảo đảm an toàn cho hệ thống.
Thời hạn kiểm định của chống sét van
Tương tự như các thiết bị, dụng cụ điện có cấp điện áp trên 1.000V khác quy định tại Thông tư, chu kỳ kiểm định của chống sét van khi:
- Kiểm định lần đầu: thực hiện kiểm định trước khi đưa vào sử dụng chống sét van;
- Kiểm định định kỳ: thực hiện kiểm định trong quá trình sử dụng, vận hành. Chu kỳ kiểm định tối đa không quá 36 tháng;
- Kiểm định bất thường: thực hiện kiểm định sau khi sửa chữa; hoặc khi có yêu cầu của cơ quan chức năng có thẩm quyền.

- TCVN 9888-1:2013 (IEC 62305-1:2010), Phần 1: Nguyên tắc chung;
- TCVN 9888-2:2013 (IEC 62305-2:2010), Phần 2: Quản lý rủi ro;
- TCVN 9888-3:2013 (IEC 62305-3:2010), Phần 3: Thiệt hại vật chất đến kết cấu và nguy hiểm tính mạng;
- TCVN 9888-4:2013 (IEC 62305-4:2010), Phần 4: Hệ thống điện và điện tử bên trong các kết cấu.
Yêu cầu đối với tổ chức/cá nhân sử dụng, vận hành thiết bị, dụng cụ điện
* Yêu cầu đối với tổ chức/cá nhân sử dụng, vận hành thiết bị, dụng cụ điện*
- Lựa chọn tổ chức kiểm định đủ điều kiện theo quy định tại Thông tư 33/2015/TT-BCT;
- Xây dựng danh mục các thiết bị, dụng cụ điện phải kiểm định để theo dõi quản lý;
- Lập kế hoạch tách thiết bị điện ra khỏi vận hành để kiểm định, đảm bảo thiết bị và dụng cụ điện được kiểm định đúng chu kỳ quy định;
- Có phương án bảo đảm an toàn cho kiểm định viên thực hiện kiểm định và hệ thống thiết bị điện liên quan đang vận hành;
- Giám sát việc thực hiện kiểm định của tổ chức kiểm định theo quy trình đã được ban hành;
- Duy trì và đảm bảo sự phù hợp của các thiết bị và dụng cụ điện trong quá trình sử dụng sau khi được kiểm định, theo các yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn kỹ thuật Việt Nam và tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn kỹ thuật nước ngoài được áp dụng tại Việt Nam.
Dịch vụ kiểm định chống sét van của RSIC
Công ty CP Chứng nhận và Kiểm định kỹ thuật an toàn Khu vực I (RSIC) được Bộ Công Thương chứng nhận hoạt động kiểm định theo Giấy chứng nhận số 1494/GCNHĐKĐ-BCT. Phạm vi kiểm định từ cấp điện áp 01kV đến 220kV.
